An Open letter to Mr. Raza Rumi about usage of indecent language at PTH

In pakistan, Uncategorized on August 19, 2009 at 8:01 am

Raza rumiDear Raza Rumi,

You are an educated, well mannered & visionary person, According to your About, you claim that you believe on “revive the culture of debate, pluralism and tolerance.”. But truth is bitter & different, we completely failed to find anything  at PTH which we can relate to your claim.

Contrary to your claim we are continuously observing  frequent usage of abusive & indecent language, harsh behavior, insulting attitude, lack of tolerance & absolute lacking of ethics & violation of moral practices at Pak Tea House.

Your whole philosophy of debate & tolerance has been drained into flush by Ahmadi extremists. They are destroying & damaging the image of your website. By using abusive language they are repeating the history when Mr. Ghulam Ahmad Qadiyani used the same bad language for his opponents.

Apparently, it also seems that now PTH has been converted into a sectarian promotional web portal. Every second post is representing the Ahmadi point of view.

I believe that many women also visit your website & there are some words which are supposed to be abusive &  never to be used by any decent person in presence of ladies. But here at PTH we are looking at the frequent usage of these third rated vocabularies by your honorable friend. Just think, what message these ladies will carry for you & your website.

At Pakistaniat, Dr. Adil Najam has set some rules for comments (Although here also most of the time we don’t see the practice of these rules, but at least he has defined the rules of the game). pAKISTANIAT Please see below what’s happening at PAK TEA HOUSE. Mr Yasser Latif Hamdani is doing the same job  at PTH which has been done by Gorbachev in UUSR. It means you should search for the “Enemy within” . The most ridiculous joke is that YLH is  defining the rules of “Editing” at PTH.

1Now, lets see is he applying the same rules upon himself ?🙂

2

Lets see another Master piece of indecent language,

3

What we observed on daily basis that your web portal has been turn into sectarian portal & become involved in Ahmadi religious extremism. YLH is using third class, uncivilized & street language about Elders, see the prove

4

YLH is really schizophranic & used-to to EDIT all comments which Exposed his tall claims & lack of knowledge. See few proves here

5

Your website visiters are also getting upset due to his attitude. see

6

Another visiter of PTH shouted, read

7

Dear Raza ! We have warned you that your efforts have been destroyed & hijacked by Ahmadies. They are even using most indecent , vulgar, abusive words of  third class society at your website.  They have turned & using your website for their religious preachings.

Kindly be careful & be aware of the “Enemies within” .

Regards

Kashifiat

  1. Raza Rumi should give his view on this issue

  2. Are you discussing Pak Tea House, what is ATP ?
Does anyone of them belong to Ahmadi ?

    • Yasir Bhai,

At ATP also they promote liberal & Ahmadi agenda by promoting Zafarullah Khan or Dr. Abdul Salam but at ATP Dr. Adil Najam is much more reasonable than these fanatics.

      Kashif

      • Yes. Articles about Pakistan’s only Nobel Prize winner and Pakistan’s first foreign minister are “promoting Ahmadi Agenda”.

        Brilliant logic.

        • You’re the one lacking any sort of logic Hamdani. Your sarcastically childish reply rests on the false premise that the Nobel prize and the FM are “Ahmedi propaganda.”
The fact of the matter is the site has a load of liberal western and ahmedi nonsense on it. You’re an atheist and not a member of the Muslim community(even when downplaying your links to the Ahmedi cult) so why do you continue this charade of being a Muslim?
You’re a product of the failed western secular factory from which all so called leaders aka puppets of the Third World come from.
          You’re a disgrace and a pathetic charlatan.

  3. Concurred !!!

the dialogue with good moral conduct should be the foundation stone and an uncompromisable standard for any blog.
i have interacted with many seculars and liberals. many of them earned a good deal of respect from their communities because of their excellence in art, literature and technical education. and i never felt bad in their company because they believed that the religion is a personal matter. on the other hand whenever i see, hear or read the liberals of modern days, a wave of anger and disgustingness passes through my spine. their hostility against my religion is incomprehensible and outraging.
    why this is happening???
how can a person belongs to a muslim family becomes so hostile agaisnt islam and its true followers????
    where is the dialogue???
how can we have a dialogue with some liberal donkey who starts from personal attacks, filthy language and ridicules those things and personalities which are much dearer to us,for those we have high degree of reverence.
my grand father once advised me neither to become so sweet that people swallow you nor become so bitter that people vomit you out. i think that time has come to exercise a true and genuine dialogue rather than a monkey business with islam.
raza roomi should think about it and have a personal involvement in the affairs of pak tea house.
    best regards

  4. Dear Kashif,

I don’t think it will help to make any change in their attitude, infact they will grow and may become stronger with these arguments. Better if you ignore them and they will die on their own INSHA ALLAH. He is not the onlyt one doing things and saying all this, the internet is filled with likes of him, can they make any change? I don’t see it in this life. Just keep on doing what you do.. ‘AMR BIL MAROOF WA NAHEE ANHIL MUKAR’.
    Wassalam,

  5. good post

  6. Brother Kashif My all prayers with you. you are doing good job so keep it up and don’t bother about that type of people. Some people trying to push you in blocked street.

  8. AMEEEEEN!!!!!!!!

  9. Raza Rumi did not deserve to be addressed to “sort out” the issue coz he is partner in crime. However it’s good you mentioned screenshots to expose potty-mouthness of YLH and CO

  11. Good afternoon ,

RON’s edited post was actually in my support. As for AZW, you should read the post he addressed to you once he saw what you were writing on this website.

Raza Rumi has seen this letter and I am sure will respond appropriately to the lies and abuse.

    I leave it to him.

    Yours sincerely,

    YLH

    • “Raza Rumi has seen this letter and I am sure will respond appropriately to the lies and abuse”

Looking forward for RR response, keen to know how he defend your bad language

  12. seriously!!!!

this guy needs a good psychiatrist.

  13. I agree… Kashifiat does need a good psychiatrist.

There are several in Karachi who may be of service.

    • Yasser,

I see you still have talent to twist the statements of others for your own sake. ITs quite Aurat Pana in you. Come out of it and act like a Man(if you can)

    • So says the ahmedi fag0t.

  14. you can write a 1000 times about dr abdusalam or zafarullah khan…no body has a problem with that.
problem arises when you try to give the poison in sugar coating. when you promote and follow the same old disgusting qadiyani agenda.
MY QUESTION: why every thing(paper, article, book etc written by qadiyani aponsored group of ppl) ends on the conclusion that great injustice was done against qadiyanis and qadiyanis were very pious and innocent people. …why?
why don’t you people accept your fate? this fate is chosen by qadiyanis by denying the finality of prophethood of Nabi e Kareem(saww).

  15. Mian Are you blind?

This is saying ATP has an Ahmadi agenda because it published articles on Zafrula and Abdus salam. Is there any more proof.

There are two types of people – those who are willing to agree to disagree…and then there are [ I am editing due to worst language used by YLH- KHS], crooks, cranks, madmen, liars and scum of the Earth who are part of the Fitna-e-Maududiat which is a Fitna against Pakistan, Islam, pakistanis and Muslims.
[Edited due to indecent language by YLH]iat ([Edited] hafeez siddiqui) is one such fool from Fitna-e-maududiat.you dr.khan are another one.

    Have a nice one.

    • YLH,

You are welcome at Kashifiat. But unlike Naseeb, PTH or ATP we are practicing certain level of ethics.

So no abusive, indecent or vulgar language is allowed here. You have opprtunity to use this at PTH but not at Kashifiat.

      Regards

      • Since when did calling a spade a spade become bad language?

BTW… I think AZW’s post below has really kicked you in the unmentionables.

        • Kid, go and play outside. I regret that I ever thought to address idiot like you in past. You are more illiterate than any illetrate villager who could not get eduction in childhood and prefer his Makhdoom much superior than a God.

if being abusive means “Calling spade a spade” then your parents must prefer to hide themselves somewhere after reading your “golden pearls”

I am sure you will be teaching same “Spade methodology” to your daughter as well. She will sure give a good name to her “ignorant parents”.

          Keep it up Kid!

  16. Mr. Siddiqui:

Since you had included my comments to show that Pak Tea House is somehow a foul mouthed website, let me add a few comments here:

    1) I shall never agree with Yasser using bad language. We do not have to ideologically disagree with him to point out his mistakes. We have pointed out that the language he had used was unbecoming of him.

However, looking back at the comments posted by yourself, Reality Check, Ummi, Dr. Jawwad Khan and certain Adnan Siddiqui, it is quite apparent that the name calling and foul language started with these gentlemen a long time ago. In fact, some of these comments included direct or indirect attacks on him including some of the lowest street language I have seen being used on any website. Yasser’s wife is an able writer by herself, yet she was called worst of the names. Just because she writes on public forum does not make an open season to call her the choicest of names. I hope Yasser does not stoop to the levels shown by the group of the people mentioned above; I honestly do not know if anyone can remain rational when people try to denigrate him using the worst of the language. I have seen Messrs Reality Check and Jawwad Khan trying to do the same with other participants like Dan. I was astounded when Dan was abused by mentioning his mother. Dan promptly challenged back and that was the last of these folks on that thread that I ever heard of.

It certainly does not make Yasser’s language right, but for you to call him foul mouthed is like a pot calling the kettle black

    2) Now on to this mantra that PTH has become an Ahmedi mouthpiece. I have heard it incessantly from your camp, so let’s start with saying that repeating a lie a thousand times does not make it a truth. Never once have any of us on PTH have asked each other what our religious affiliations are. There are able people from Pakistan, India, UK, North America, belonging to various ethnicities and creeds who participate in various discussions. For all of our diversity, it is an amazing sight how we find common ideals that bring us together, rather than drive us apart. Most of us believe firmly that human ideals transcend religious and geographical boundaries. State must guarantee complete religious freedom to each of its inhabitants, as long as the religious freedom does not trump other inhabitants’ safety and rights. We firmly believe that religion must have nothing to do with the affairs of the state, as this is the only way a Muslim can prosper in North America and a Pakistani Hindu living in Khairpur can call himself as much of a Pakistani as a Ahle-Hadith follower living in Lahore. Many of the “liberal fanatics” that you would like to call us are not Ahmedis. Yet the 1974 amendment to the constitution that singles out a group of Pakistanis as “non-Muslims” is a shameful episode in Pakistani history where the state has taken upon itself to discriminate against a segment of its own population.

I cannot help but smile when you and your cohorts never cease to call PTH as being hijacked by the Ahmedi agenda. I can assure you that we at PTH will stand for every Pakistani being counted as equal Pakistani, irrespective of what his beliefs are. I would encourage you to study human history, and you may notice an enlightening absence; religion has never bound a nation together in the long run (if you would like to look something closer in history, you will also realize that Pakistan was torn asunder just 24 years into its existence and the religious ideology (that we never ceased to trump) came up as useless as it ever could be). One of the most important aspects of Renaissance post 15th century AD was the realization that religion’s stranglehold at the state level stifles human reasoning. You are most welcome to live in middle ages in the 21st century, yet many of us will keep on fighting for a Pakistan where laws are fair to “everyone”, and are implemented on “everyone”, irrespective of their caste and creed. I think Quaid-e-Azam said exactly as such on August 11, 1947. Yet we love to downplay his speech to the constituent assembly (possibly his most important words, as he was speaking clearly to the lawmakers of the newly formed country, and all political considerations to gather Muslim vote were firmly behind him).

    3) And while we are at it, I have also seen you complain that Yasser does not accord Jinnah his proper respect, because he does not call him Quaid-e-Azam. If words alone are barometer of respect, then now I see the rationale behind the actual post in Mughal court of sycophants (called “Khushamdis”). Following Yasser’s posts on PTH, I was amazed at how thoroughly he has studied Jinnah. Yasser’s appreciation of Jinnah is based on Jinnah’s infallible integrity, honesty and leadership of fractured Muslim community of the United India. I encourage all of the readers on Kashifiat to read the articles where Yasser had pointed out the communal politics played by Gandhi and Sardar Patel, and how Jinnah stayed above it and warned of the havoc these communal politics will wreak on Indians. Jaswant Singh’s book on Jinnah might be a pleasant surprise for most of you, yet many of us had gone through these exact qualities of Jinnah in far more detail previously on PTH. Jinnah was a towering personality, and it is about time India is waking up to his strengths, after making a villain out of him for the past 62 years.

Most importantly, PTH has had important analytical reviews and discussions that explore how the movement of Pakistan was a Muslim Nationalist Movement spearheaded by Middle Class Muslim bourgeois that studied in Western Indian institutions. It was never a religious movement that Jamaat-e-Islami and Pakistani ideology bearers would like us to believe. That JI, Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Hind, and Majlis-e-Ahrar were dead against Pakistan before it was created, only to embrace it suddenly post 1947, and tried to steer the newly formed country (who tragically lost its visionary and dominant leader just a year later) into a religious ideologue state remains one of the biggest tragedies of Pakistan. The only positive aspect of the mayhem created by Taliban in recent years is that many Pakistanis are waking up to the fact that the country cannot go on for long with a lethal cocktail of religious dogmas mixed with the country’s policies. That our fanatically religious colleagues have masterminded most of the terrorism across the world sitting on our soil, then brought mayhem on our streets once we took them to task is a stark reminder that Pakistan was played by these fanatics exploiting our complex relationship with Islam, that even we do not fully understand ourselves as a nation.

I hope you will join us at PTH with an open mind and proper etiquette, ready to not only give us your perspective, but ready to listen to ours as well. I, and I can speak for others, do not proclaim to be holders of divine and absolute truth. We believe in open discussions, and that sharing our point of views enrich all of our perspectives. We realize that history is the best teacher, and we realize that if we do not learn from it, we are doomed to repeat it again and again. We certainly hope to evolve our opinions by hearing conflicting point of views. As William Blake said “The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind”.

    Regards,

    Adnann

    • Adnan,

“it is quite apparent that the name calling and foul language”

Prove it. Where did I use foul language? I know that using abusive terms will just actually be the reason to criticize my upbringing. Sorry to disappoint you but there should be a limit of telling lies as well.

      Have fun.

      • Adnan siddiqui,

Your upbringing as is is not very sound.

As for your foul mouthed comments …too bad they are already deleted.

        • YLH, I might need “ages” to stoop to the level of potty mouthness you showed on Raza;s blog. I don;t mind your “Spade methodology”.Infact I would like if you transfer this in your future generation. So as I said, come out of Aurat Pana and act like a man.

  17. AZW !!!

your long bhashan is nothing but a “polarized glass phenomenon” . you are standing in front of polarized glass and looking thing as you want to see.
go to the other side . do not try to look through the glass. why???
because POLARIZATION not only hampers vision but also the mind.

    • Dr. Saab

if abusive language was the only tool to win the argument and minds then Abu Jahal would have conquered his enemies long time back.

  19. kashifiat it is month of ramzan. we need to be atleast honest in this month.
your statement: “By using abusive language they are repeating the history when Mr. Ghulam Ahmad Qadiyani used the same bad language for his opponents.”
defeats the whole purpose of this blessed month of ramzan. i would reqauest you to please do YOUR OWN research before making such accusation.

He is most likely going to delete your links as is his wont.

  21. @shafqat ali!!!!
your prophet used very filthy language. you can’t read some paras of roohani khazain in front of your kids.
the fact is that Mr.ghulam ahmed qadiyani was a known abuser of his opponents and his followers also use the verbal violance against their opponents.
are you ready to see the refrences of ghulam ahmed qadiyani?
    here we go…..
“My enemies are dirty swine and their women are more wretched than bitches.”

[Mirza Ghulam translated this Arabic word as “Bastard” in
    Roohany Khazaen Vol. 11, P. 282)

  22. If true it just proves Mirza Ghulam Ahmed and Maulana Maududi had a lot in common. Both were foul mouthed religio-fascist bigots to begin with.

So unless we declare Maududi’s followers kafir, how can we declare Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s followers Kafir?

    • Hamdani, you’re idiotically grasping for straws now. Maududi didn’t claim to be the Messiah like your “prophet” who died in the rest room with feces in his mouth. Nor was Maudidi a servant of the British colonial administration.
Maulana Maududi was a towering personality and a true Muslim. Mirza Ghulam Ahmed was a wild eyed charlatan, pervert and a kafir.
The differences between the two could not be more pronounced.

  23. “So unless we declare Maududi’s followers kafir, how can we declare Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s followers Kafir?”

so unless you do not visit the good psychiatrist, how can we know the type of psychosis you are suffereing from?

  24. RR two times advised YLH

“YLH: I think you must refrain from replying in the ’same token’. This only dilutes the strengths of your argument. And, then foul language becomes issue under discussion” (9;40 am)

    &

    “Let’s stop it here.
More Fitna and non-fitna comments will be moderated. One feels as if we are still living in the dark ages where witch hunts and proof of faith is required for being a human being.” (10:19 am)

Still now 3:40 pm after above two posts ,

YLH have puts 5 comments & in toto 9 comments. Out of 26 comments – Including one comment of his wife

So its prove that he is so arrogant that he refused RR advised also.

    bechara ….

    • Additionally, nothing is “Moderated” still now🙂 Just lips servicing

But I accept far better than YLH

  25. Your failure to answer Raza Rumi’s thread as well AZW’s comment here shows what kind of a disgusting and idiotic loser you are.

Now that Raza Rumi has planted a stinging slap on your face you are still attempting to draw wedge between me and him?
The comment about witch-hunts was about you btw.

  26. Kashif, others:

Raza, myself and others have clearly said that Yasser’s words used against you were inappropriate. We thought they were inappropriate long before you wrote this long blog.

Yasser’s words did not come out of a vacuum. He has been abused by you, Ummi, Jawwad Khan, Saad Abbassi, Reality Check, and Adnan Siddiqui repeatedly. I have been told some of the people in this group write from the same IP address. You have never missed a chance to malign Yasser in print media. In virtually all debates at PTH, it was this coterie of right wing Islamists, including yourself that started calling names first. Various threads on PTH have the comments edited right away as you guys jump into the fray with the invariable mantra of “Qadiani, Mirzai, Dahariyas”.

I do not personally know you or any of the others in your coterie. From what I have seen so far, the only word that comes to my mind regarding your actions, and the beliefs that you cling to, is “small”. You have no heart for humans that do not follow the divine commands that you follow. You rarely answer point of views that look at the futility of religion to govern societies (and our religion is no exception), and rather than introspecting why our mix of religiosity with country’s policies has made a mess of the country, you revert deeper into a shell, looking for a Utopian glory that never existed in our history.

We do not proclaim that secularism is the panacea to all the problems. Bad governance and short sighted policies are bound to fail in any country, irrespective of whether mosque runs that country or not. But getting to a stable and prosperous Pakistan requires important steps. Treat every Pakistani as Pakistani first, irrespective of their caste and creed, invest in rule of law, education and freedom of speech; this is what Jinnah envisaged, and this is what I see PTH working towards.

See you all soon in a more civil debate at PTH.

    Adnann

    • Dear AWZ & RR,

First of all thanks for responding. I appreciate your level of tolerance & tone. This is required for a civil debate.

I have written im my Urdu column that Civilized debate is only possible with civilized persons like you & RR but not with the specie like YLH.
      see : http://www.kashifhafeez.com/mazameen_large.php?path=2009-08-19&img=kh_articles/large/2009-08-19.gif

I am reading all comments but right now I am very busy in few official assignments & also have short of time due to Ramadan.

But, Inshallah in a day or two will respond in detail. Keep in mind , I always talk with facts.

I am not interested in calling any person ‘Liar’ untill or unless he/she exposed him/her self. But, trust me those who are claiming innocence have wicked face behind.

I know Dr. Jawwad, Adnan Siddiqui, Hamara Pakistan, Talkhaba, Ummi & others never used abusive language like YLH. If anyone have proves then bring the proves upfront. These people just talking to YLH & his clan in a same manner & tone in which opponent is behaving.

What happened at Naseeb is not now secret more. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qdYrx8e8D0 &
Editor Naseeb is responsible for all that stuff & which is involved in promoting women like Irshad Manji(a lesbian), Asra Noamani (having a child without wedlock), Ayan Hirsi Ali (atheist- who developed film fitna) & Amina Wadud (lead mix gender prayers drama) .

We never accept this & will give hard resistance.

      See you soon.

      Kashif

    • “Yasser’s words did not come out of a vacuum. He has been abused by you, Ummi, Jawwad Khan, Saad Abbassi, Reality Check, and Adnan Siddiqui repeatedly. I have been told some of the people in this group write from the same IP address”

      __________________________________________

      kazzab nabi kay kazzab followers…..

    • if you prove that Dr JAwad and me are using same IP address. Can you? Now don;t shy away and give the proof.

  27. AZW,

How does one talk with a liar like Kashif Hafeez Siddiqui? It is impossible… you’ve done very well.

Kashif Hafeez Siddiqui being from Jamaat-e-Islami is incapable of telling the truth. Jamaat-e-Islami trains its cadres in lying and in hatching conspiracies against Pakistan.

    -YLH

    • YLH,

You see the difference of toleration.

When I said to you Liar at your blog about your lies about Quadi-e-Azam (which were provided with sufficient proves from his speeches), you or others extremely edited my comments. A couple of times times it changed the meaning of my comment and you completey censored the word “Liar.”

While you say Kashifiat “liar” and he is not censoring you.

Also, I just joined WordPress and as I said before, It was you who started calling me names. You never talked to me before, ofcourse never met me, never saw me, never read me and certainly never even heard me!!!!

So it was you who jumped to name calling.

1st impression is sufficient to know the person. You just judged me based on my views which were not yours and you called me names. I don’t see how Kashifiat is a “liar.”

      Ramadan Mubarak.

  28. When you called me a liar you were lying. When I called Kashif hafeez siddiqui a liar he knows that I am telling the truth.

  29. PS- I didn’t censor the “proves” (proofs) which are still there and widely debated. I don’t need to delete your “proves” because I have already provided you the correct interpretation and you resorted to abuse after you were unable to argue on “proves” you gave. Nor did I change the meaning of any of your posts.

You are welcome to point out which of your posts was “changed” in meaning on the “burden of a liberal extremist”. I challenge you to go there and post right now proving this latest lie of yours. If you show me which one it is and how its meaning has been changed, I voluntarily will edit as YOU WANT IT. But if you can’t prove this shameful lie, then you will have to admit that you are a CROOK and SHAMEFUL disgusting liar.

    • wow my friend do you want me to post all those “edited” “deleted” posts on my blog to show once again that you are lying.

I never came across any Kazab in my life like you.

U instead of countering my proofs started posting the rights of minorities quotes by Quaid-e-Azam. Which was not even the point of argument.

The point of argument was and will remain that Pakistan was meant to be an Islamic State (Muslim State) in which Islamic Principles of Finance, and Social Justice will be implemented.

  30. ‘Your whole philosophy of debate & tolerance has been drained into flush by Ahmadi extremists. They are destroying & damaging the image of your website. By using abusive language they are repeating the history when Mr. Ghulam Ahmad Qadiyani used the same bad language for his opponents.’

Kashifiat, you just generalized and demonized the whole Ahmadiya community. This is a propoganda!

  31. @Kashif Hafiz: I do not know why did you edited out YLH’s comments. So what If he used foul language? It’s good that idiot is exposing himself in cyber world. He does not know that what’s said at one place on Internet is easily propagated on other sources as well. Let the Naseeb users know the real face of this lonely guy who has been desperate enough and getting fitz after your articles.

Please do not edit the comments of this little girl called Yasser Hamadani. His comments are outcome of how one reacts after having pork in meal so let the pig eater express whatever he wants.

  32. @offtopic but when are you going to right about Dawood School scandal?
